FINANCE


Senior Finance Manager – Role is for a multinational manufacturing and technology company. The person is expected to manage financial reporting function of APAC group.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with MBA. He/She should have at least 8 years audit and/or financial accounting-related work experience preferably gained from a shared service environment. He/She should have experience in using ERP systems and knowledgeable with project and service accounting concepts.

Finance Manager – Role is for a multinational consumer company. The person is responsible for the reliable data gathering activities to provide key information necessary for analyses of long-term business objectives and current business performance/objectives for the Fashion and Home Care Business, cost modeling and periodic actuals / forecasts / budgets.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum of 2 years of planning and/or analysis experience in a large multinational organization. Ideally with some knowledge of the Supply Chain and manufacturing processes. Proficient in interpreting financial results and business indicators to identify and analyze trends



STRATEGIC PLANNING

Business Planning and Development Manager – Role is for a multinational consumer company. The person will be responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of a business strategy for the Company’s business, as well as for monitoring its progress. Will be collaborating with all functions across the organization in developing and implementing strategies determined through a structured process using a standard methodology.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Extensive knowledge in financial analysis, project management and strategy development.

Regional HR Manager – Role is for a large local conglomerate. The incumbent will function as HR Business Partner to the assigned region. He/She will be involved in full process HR with focus on organization development.

Candidate must be degree holder of any business-related course with at least 10 years experience in HR functions in a large company, 5 years of which in a managerial capacity. Should be a generalist with focus on OD and open to be cross-posted outside the country.

Plant HR Manager – Role is for a multinational power solutions company. The incumbent will function as HR Head for the plant. He/She will be involved in full process HR with focus on organization development and employee relations.

Candidate must be degree holder of any business-related course with at least 8 years experience in HR functions in a manufacturing environment, 3 years of which in a managerial capacity. Should be a generalist.

HR Director – Role is for a multinational logistics company. The person is responsible for managing all the aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations.

Candidate should have a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related studies. Should have at least 10 years of working experience in HR General Functions, with significant focus on Organization Development.

HR Generalist – The role is for a multinational consumer company. Role will handle all major HR processes under his/her assigned account or department.  He is the single point of contact of the department concerned and will directly process or facilitate processing of HR transactions such as sourcing, staff movements, benefits processing, job evaluation, salary analysis, disciplinary action and grievance handling.  He will also serve as HR consultant for more strategic HR processes such as job and organization design, training & development, performance management, compensation and rewards design.

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and / or human behavior. Has had some exposure in at least 1 area of Human Resource Management at the country level particularly, Compensation & Benefits Planning and Administration, Organizational Development, Manpower Planning & Staffing. MARKETING


Senior Product Manager – Role is for a Multinational FMCG Company. The incumbent will be involved in total brand management including advertising and promotions, market research, sales forecasting, profit and loss, among others.

Candidate must be degree holder of any business-related course with at least 5 years experience in product / brand management of consumer products; experience in personal care is an advantage.

Shopper Insight Manager – Role is for a Multinational FMCG Company. The incumbent will manage and lead business development activities in the PV-EMS sector and develop reports to aid in the decision-making process. Regional Customer Service Manager – Role is for a large local conglomerate. The incumbent will be overall responsible for regional end-to end operations. He/She is expected to manage all regional customer contact points and the outsourced call center and ensure delivery of excellent service aligned with the company standards.

Candidate must be degree holder of any business-related course with at least 5 years experience in supply chain/logistics operations, 3 years of which in managerial capacity. He/She should be knowledgeable on customer relationship management.

 


CHINESE SEGMENT MARKETING MANAGER – Role is for the largest life insurance company in the Philippines. The person isresponsible for leading the team’s overall directive of developing and expanding its business opportunities in the Chinese Market. This will be done through the implementation of marketing programs to support production thrusts of both existing and alternative distribution channels

The position will report to the Category Lead and the role is responsible for delivering a product package that meets the needs of the markets, fits with targeted key trends, and is beauty supportive, delivered on time at the lowest total cost. This entails to Collaborate closely with Category Leads to provide trend information, design direction , styles and collaborate on cross category brand building ideas; Take a leadership role in driving the day to day activities within the category, ensuring that the matrix teams operate effectively to execute short term deliverable/issues to enable long term direction and vision to be achieved; Manage the category sourcing process to continually improve the total delivered cost; Take a leading position in developing the matrix process and relationships particularly with commercial and supply chain teams; Manage the supplier relationships

DEMAND PLANNING SENIOR MANAGER - Role is for an international fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) client wherein their product line includes beauty products, fashion jewelry and apparel. The position will report to the Commercial Marketing Director, Southeast Asia Marketing Cluster and will ensures accurately the demand of category SKUs based on price/depth of discount/merchandising claim, brochure pagination/rendition, product flow, launch activities, clinic rating, incentive/recruitment programs; actively contributes to category sales flows and reviews to facilitate evaluate of annual category sales potential in support of agreed sales and profit plan achievement; evaluation and Review of Category/Campaign Estimates and general Risk Analysis to ensure business success via realistic and achievable Campaign estimates; proposes and implements demand planning initiatives that could improve the estimating process; Analyzes data to seek sales behavior pattern and uses the insights to improve estimating accuracy; and day to day management of category team including performance management, coaching, training and development

The position will manage the development and implementation of a number of cross functional projects which support the overall business strategy; ensure adherence to due dates of critical activities of the Performance Evaluation and Review Technique; liaise closely with key stakeholders and team members to ensure flawless execution on time within budget and to actively manage issues and conflicts; and provide inputs on the status of all projects to the Senior Manager – PMO regularly.

NDC and TRANSPORT MANAGER – Role is for an international fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) client wherein their product line includes beauty products, fashion jewelry and apparel. The position is responsible for the seamless execution of distribution plans through the effective management of the national distribution center (NDC) and management of transportation/freight, with the end view of ensuring excellent service level to the outlets and dealers, at the most optimum distribution cost. The position, working closely with 3rd party service providers, is tasked to maintain optimum balance between speed, reliability and distribution cost.

Candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder preferably industrial, engineering, or management background. The person should have a minimum years of experience in Distribution (warehousing, transportation) 3PL experience is a plus; One to two years of experience in distribution planning; is a supply chain expertise; and customer focused.


INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER – Role is for a well–known hospital industry in the Philippines that provides high-quality healthcare for over a century. The position will manage the key accounts of the organization; analyzing potential partner relationship for new clients; Linkages with various consular and embassies organization for medical tourism; Specifying market requirements for current and future services by conducting market research to clients and non-clients; and manage the entire services cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

BRAND MANAGER – Role is for a leading provider of telecommunications and data services in the Philippines. The position shall focus on conceptualizing, delivering, and evaluating marketing plans and programs for products and services that would cater specifically to the identified market. Subscriber acquisition, account retention and revenue growth from the assigned products shall be the brand manager’s general objectives. The person will be an active member of a cross-functional team that oversees product development, marketing, advertising and distribution strategies. The Brand Manager will recommend programs, promotions and A and P budgets based on approved acquisition and retention strategies.

SALES OPERATIONS HEAD – Role is for a telecommunication and data services company in the Philippines. The position will lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales Operations Group. The person will provides operational support to the entire Corporate Sales Division; Leads the business planning framework (planning, implementation, monitoring and Review cycle) for Corporate Sales; and Contributes as a ManCom member in the Corp Sales Division

VP FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ACTUARY - Role is for the largest life insurance company in the Philippines. The person isresponsible for Product development, product filling, pricing, projection for business plan and the experience study on pricing assumptions.

Candidate should be a Bachelor Degree Holder. The person has Product development and pricing skills, Data and Statistics analysis skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Effective communication in English, Good supervisory and project management skills and; Experienced in Actuarial jobs (product filling, pricing and profit testing).

 

DISTRIBUTOR SALES MANAGER - Role is for a multi national company in FMCG industry. The person would manage distributors in assigned territory. The person will directly report to the distributor group management.

Candidate must have at least 2 years experience handling distributors or distribution management. Coming from FMCG Company or distributor of FMCG products.


KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER - Role is for a multi national company in FMCG industry. The person would manage the performance of 2-3 Account Managers that are directly hired by the company and to take charge of the sales target, programs execution etc.

Candidate must have at least 7 years experience in consumer sales. Experience in both Modern Trade and General Trade is an advantage. 1 to 2 years of managerial experience is a distinct advantage.


ACCOUNT MANAGER - Role is for a multi national company in FMCG industry. The person would be responsible for the sales volume and merchandising, and will report directly to the Key Accounts Manager.

Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in Consumer sales handling key accounts.


SALES ADMIN SPECIALIST - Role is for a multi national company in FMCG industry. The person would takes charge of reports consolidation and processing of distributor claims. The person will be the one to reports directly to the team leader.

Candidate should be a graduate of BS Accountancy and must have at least 2-4 years experience as an auditor or financial specialist and must be CPA.


SUPPLY PLANNER - Role is for a multi national company in FMCG industry. The person would work with supplying subsidiaries on product development, replenishment and inventory management. The person will report directly to the Demand and Supply Planning Manager.

Candidate must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering and must have at least 1-4 years experience in supply chain planning. Fresh graduates are okay but should have held officer positions in school organizations.


GROUP PROJECT MANAGER - Role is for a multi national company in FMCG industry. The person would manage marketing research and consumer insights initiatives and projects for the largest categories. The person will directly report to the Consumer Insights Director.

Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Market Research, should have experience working from the client/principal side.

CONTENT SECURITY MANAGER - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would develop and maintain relationships with key partners in online video. Leads the development and implementation of a standardized content security protocol. Ensures the integrity of copyrighted material and secures such material from illegal propagation scopes monetization opportunities of copyrighted property

Candidate must have at least 8 years experience in online media and/or IP/copyrights law of online contents. Preferably IP Lawyers or New Media professionals engaged in online content security practice.


CRM SPECIALIST - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would track and measures critical CRM metrics and ensures accuracy and availability of the data.

Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in CRM/Customer Relationship Management. Experience in Telco, FMCG, or other subscription-based business CRM Software.

LEGAL MANAGER - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would handle and oversee the Group's contracts and corporate requirements and compliance with applicable laws. Handle and assist and oversee/facilitate compliance with the relevant legal req'ts of the int'l subsidiaries and with the Parent's Legal department for alignment.

Candidate must be a Bachelor of Law, Bar Exam Passer. Strong/intensive background on corporate contract review/drafting/preparation. With at least 4years of legal experience


NEW MEDIA PRODUCT MANAGER - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would report directly to Head of New Media. To champion the core digital products, primarily the Internet TV platform. To analyze customer segments of the product and formulates as well as implements projects based on identified customer action points.

Candidate must have a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or web technology-related field. Must have Passion for internet and digital platforms and technologies (web 2.0, social media, mobile) Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, advertising or web publishing fields. Minimum of 2 years experience in digital product management. At least 1 year experience in managing a staff focused on account or project management, with proven people management skills


NEW MEDIA MARKETING ASSOCIATE - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would drive marketing initiatives across New Media projects which includes online and mobile platforms, with support responsibilities to other related business units (whenever appropriate).

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in consumer marketing with a focus on digital marketing. Solid experience in social media marketing, email marketing, viral marketing and mobile marketing a plus. Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, advertising or web publishing fields.


REGION BASED REGIONAL HR OFFICER – ME - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would report directly to Global HR Head (based in US).Leads HR strategies and administration in whole Middle East region. Takes charge of admin functions

Candidate must have at least 8 years experience as a Generalist and preferably based in Dubai.


REGIONAL HR OFFICER- EU - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would reports directly to Global HR Head (based in US) and will lead HR strategies and administration in whole Europe region. Takes charge of admin functions

Candidate should be based in UK/EU with at least 8 years experience as a generalist.


SALES AND DISTRIBUTION HEAD- EU - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would report directly to the CMO and would handle distributor operations in whole Europe region as well as developing new distributors.

Candidate should be based in UK/EU. Coming from FMCG/Telco Company

With at least 10 years in distributor/dealer management.


REGIONAL MARKETING SPECIALIST- ME - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would report directly to the Regional Marketing Officer. Implements region marketing support initiatives e.g. promotion initiatives execution and monitoring, media planning, field sales merchandising development and roll-out, and event coordination.

Candidate should be coming from FMCG/Telco Company. Preferably based in Dubai and has Marketing/brand/product management experience.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE- KUWAIT - Role is for a large local conglomerate. The person would report directly to the Sales and Distribution Head-Middle East. The person would build the media business, thru all the applicable product lines – both subscription and non subscription, in Bahrain.

Candidates should be coming from FMCG/Telco Company. Preferably based in Kuwait/ME with at least 2 years in distributor/dealer management.
